I'm sorry, but besides the philosophical questions you seem to haven't got a clue of scientific topics and facts!
Solving the world's problems eh ? That is usually what you do late at night when you have plenty of schnapps on hand. Do they call it aquavit in Finland ?
Dinosaurs and people never lived together, not even close, not even the Neanderthals (who weren't homo sapiens type people). Stars are brighter because they are either closer or bigger and in some cases because they are planets. I'll leave the rest to other readers. The religion answer could be fun.
You should practice steering to the stars. It isn't hard once you learn the sky and it is very accurate. There is plenty of time for you to copy the skills of the ancient navigators.
Great!
The answer to all these questions is, of course, 42.
like wow man. you should have scored some awesome hashish in morocco. it would have answered all your questions.
:-)
Some of these comments are quite funny. You are on the right track. I am glad to know you. I'll bet you like John Lennon's imagine
Beautifully said, Taru. But don't short-change yourselves - examining these issues is essential. Plus by making yourself happy then you can do the same for others.
Your blog and trip are terrific - such a confluence of talents! Vive la difference!
Best of luck.
I'm disappointed that no one bit on the religion bait. Always good for free entertainment.
Sigh !
Lava keeps the continents in motion, and consistence depends on depth, if it's hydrated and lots of stuff :) the religion/people one are the tricky ones ^^
We just left the Caribbean (where I shot a wedding) and I am so envious of you who'll be there soon! It'll be worth the wait :-) and keep an eye out for whales, we saw one from our lunch restaurant one day. Fantastic!
Nice post... some of your questions are tricky (not all of them though, indeed) but here is another one: since your were lucky enough to be born in a free, rich, peaceful country, in a free and rich family, since that luck (and not your courage... sorry - but I'm sure you know that already ;-) took you to where you are now, will you at some point decide to make others around you (who were not that lucky in the beginning) happy too?
Maybe your trip will take you closer to an answer to that one... I can only hope so :-)
