Many a time I have had various dishes made with 'Hereford Corned Beef'. My usual one is about the same as yours but made with potatoes instead of pasta. It is known as Hereford Hash.
Kick-ass friend! Good to see a post by you, and great to see a decent use for canned corned beef!!
"Cow in a can" was definitely a staple of my childhood :)
Kudos to keeping it simple!

Alex posts! So what if you only detailed the ingredients of cat food pasta? Have the brackets for the watermaker held together so there was fresh water to make the pasta? Yes they did. Bravo.
What does the label say? Is it "Product of Brazil"?
So~ Alex~ looks like you make this quite well. Why did ya have wake up Taru? hahahahaa And careful...you used the "p" word....the anonymous word police might come after you! lmFao

In Russia we have this dish, it is called:
Макароны по-флотски
which translates into:
Naval fleet spaghetti
it is very funny to see you post the recipe!
Ah comfort-food...
