"Colour" and "going to" correctly arranged in the same paragraph. I think you learn very quickly which is why you speak four languages.
We English are very bad at speaking anyone else's language but our own and look upon people who are multilingual as highly intelligent. I got thrown out of the French class at school, but I actually did teach myself some Spanish when I was working on Banana ships many years ago, because there was a pretty girl I took a liking to in Honduras who couldn't speak any English at all!
I grew up in East Africa as my family were part of the British Colonial system and when we eventually returned to the UK, I was fluent in Swahili. But years later I can hardly put a sentence together in that language having forgotten most of it.
Just one question if I may, what language do you and Alex speak between the two of you?

We speak English. It comes with some misunderstandings and not always being able to express oneself perfectly but it works as it's the language we both know best of the ones that both know. Alex is fluent in Spanish, I'm still learning it so can't get too far in that language as yet.

And now I want some strawberries!!!!
