Noooo-ooooo-oooo! Altough you probably would look ok in a burqa there are so many sailing blogs out there that are just plain sailing blogs while yours is a great mix.
Don't listen to the whiners/talibans, bring the sexy back.
The term "head" comes from the days of sailing ships when the place for the crew to relieve themselves was all the way forward on either side of the bowsprit, which the figurehead was fastened.
Also, we don't think you can ever be too sexy. You are a beautiful woman. Be proud and enjoy. Not all of us Americans are conservative.
As nice as it all looks surely one steep wave when even anchored is going to throw them all over the place? Not to mention when under way. How would you keep such dainty glass objects in place all the time? Some velcro underneath and glued to the table? Chewing gum?
Too sexy!? Who said that? I say not sexy enough. There is no such thing as too sexy, too skinny or too rich. Keep piling on the sexy Taru!

Following on the foregoing explanation of the origin of the word "head". The reason why it was the forward-most part of the ship was because back then, sail technology limited ships to only sailing down or off the wind, which carried the foul odors of that particular biological necessity away from the boat.
Love the site, can't wait 'til you're back sailing again.
thanks for informing me about where the term head comes from.
obviously we stove fragile things away when sailing. chewing gum was a good idea though, never thought about that.
