following the storm
A good swell is building from tropical storm Ernesto that is roaming in the background on this photo, a couple hundred miles South of St Martin. Looks like this weekend could be a good time to get surfing finally.

We are hoping that Ernesto or other tropical storm or hurricane will come ashore and end the long drought. In some years it has been hurricanes to break up the upper atmosphere Highs and bring much needed water to the inlands of the USA. Be safe.
