Freshly caught snapper seems a good idea for dinner. Caught by a local spear-fisherman at Cupecoy beach. We are in love with this island, seriously, it really does continue to grow on us and we're not at all sad that it is here we are located when in need of delaying our departure. We are combining work, pleasure and spending time with our friends in a very comfortable manner at the moment. Let's just hope no tropical storms or hurricanes will interrupt our stay as we still have some work to do here before we can get moving.
