If there's anything that I have learned is that the forums are majority populated with the armchair cruisers who would much rather tell you how to go about cruising or to do this or that than actually do it themselves. Having seen how they treat folks with honest questions or requests for help we have opted to just not post and yet, reply privately to those who we can help or to those who we know are willing to answer our questions without chastising us for one thing or another. A prime example of this is how the forums treated Pat & Ali Schulte from Bumfuzzle. The comments posted about how they went about their adventure were horrible. Regardless, there is no wrong or right. If there were, you two are doing it right. Past that, is there really such a thing as "too sexy", I think not. Keep up the good work & we look forward to your adventures!! You two are great!

"Destroying" the "natural" world of cruising? Really? I've been reading your blog for a while and I must say that you've continued to inspire me. You've provided an example that people can go cruising and see the beautiful sights this world has to offer.

And maybe because you actually post some high quality, artistic photos, its just too sexy for some people to handle.

I'm excited about your blog, it'll be nice to follow a younger couple doing exactly what my gf and I are planning to do. There's too many boring blogs out there with shit pictures and boring people.

As for the Cruisers Forum, that place is good for technical info and thats it. There's too many miserable old fucks on there that just want to hate on everything and everybody. I tried to debate for you guys on there, but the moderators just deleted the whole thing so no luck.

Anyways, I love your boat, and I'm definitely envious of your departure date.

There will always be some who think they know better and who want to put their bitterness and misery onto others. We have all seen that in many situations and areas in life earlier so no real surprise there. The most interesting thing though is the fact that also the moderators of that very forum gave in for the pressure and closed down the thread. For what exactly we still don't know as we got different explanations from different mods. Anyhow, thank you all for adding your feedback to the conversation and great to see so many new readers here!

Ignore all the old fossils that have exhausted the life in them and have nothing to do but sit around and tut-tut everyone else. I'm ecstatic to see some other cruisers out there that are under 40 (or 50 or 60!). Hope to run into you in Carrib/Cortez.

Your blog is superb. The photography is clearly produced by someone with training and a tonne of talent! Don't let the farts get to you, keep doing what you are doing how you are doing it because this is the standard that all cruising blogs should aspire to.

BTW: We are cruisers, we look at pretty swim suits on pretty bodies, drink when the sails are down, and hope to eat 1/2 as well as you guys are doing. We are cruisers, that is what we do!
