So jealous that you're going to the Grenadines! Bequia, Mustique, Salt Whistle Bay on Mayreau and the Tobago Cays.
Seems like you dodged the squalls you feared, which is good. Nice photo too, weather looks good. We're promised weekend sunshine here in London for the 1st time in weeks! Enjoy the family reunion & sailing. Red.
Love photo!!!!
Oooh--I loved Martinique! Haven't been there in ages. Have a wonderful weekend, Taru!
Enjoy Bequia!
When I sailed from St. Lucia to Grenada, I was warned about a lot of theft in the St. Vincent area. The charter boat we had was not robbed, but that was because the captain and cook never left the boat unattended. The crew said all their friends had been robbed and they felt both lucky and prepared. This was several years ago. I hope you get to spend a lot of family time and enjoy all the good things and be safe.

Taru & Alex,
Just found this lovely blog. I'm also transitioning (slowly) from audio producer to traveler/sailor. Thanks for sharing your experiences - your journey, decisions and overall vibe are insightful and inspiring.
Love all the pictures that show off that boat! Very nice - just wish I could think of a way to buy it. SHow off the new one soon.
