Taru, I look in on your blog from time to time, but haven't commented either. One question: I was very impressed to read the ways you had changed your life to become a healthier person. How are you getting along with all these changes?

I love reading your blog as it kick starts my day to get me working hard towards my dream of sailing in the sun!

We are just back from 2 weeks sailing the Western Isles of Scotland and the Orkneys. Just great to get a proper long sail on the boat instead of a weekend away. We didn't want to leave and would have happily forgotten about our 'other' lives on shore to keep sailing into the sunset!

We'll be back on Ptarmigan again soon for some more sailing adventures over the next few weeks.

Jag har inte följt din blogg mer än en månad men för mig har det blivit en viktig inspirationskälla efter att nyss ha flyttat hem från Amsterdam till Sverige.
