For the sushi

Other things that are of main importance in this household while underway, is the supplies needed for making sushi. Sushi vinegar, rice (I usually use jasmine or basmati as that's pretty close to sushi rice), noori sheets, pickled ginger, wasabi, soy sauce and sesame seeds. I normally buy a bag of white and black sesame seeds and mix them up in a plastic container like the one you see in the photo, they're great for sushi rolls, panfried tuna fillet or whatever else you might need them for.

Vegetables and fruits for sushi and other dishes is often easily obtained on every island, either sold by boat boys that paddles out to your boat with fresh deliveries, at the stands that are to be found on almost every main street connected to an anchorage in the Caribbean, as well as in the supermarkets ashore.
