Hunting for dinner part 2

I'm sitting at Basil's bar as we speak, trying to get some work done and Alex just passed by this waterfront bar to declare that he had caught another possible dinner fish for the night. It's apparently a garfish, and according to what we've heard and due to their very bony structure they don't seem so good for eating they either... It's a good time for fishing now right when sun is setting so I reckon Alex has like thirty more minutes or so to go till sun goes down... will he make it or are we going out for dinner tonight, that's the question of this evening. I'm kicking back with a dark n' stormy while watching the show from the bar.

If any of you have ever eaten/prepared a garfish, let me know how that experience was please.
