Cool to see Alex putting his skills to work on something besides the boat for a while. I'm sure it feels good for both of you.
Looking forward to your thoughts on that big orange book. :)
Yea it's definitely a good change from boat work. Loved the book Pat, I'm sure many blog readers will too.
Peanut butter and honey sandwiches were my lunchbox staple as a kid! Love them.
Just a heads up on the language. It is Papiamento (rather than Papamiento). On Bonaire, it is Papiamentu (with a u on the end).
Thanks for the heads up Meredith. Peanut butter seems a good idea with so many things, banana too, and chocolate of course...
Taru,
I just bought a peanut butter with dark chocolate mixed in. You may find it at Whole Foods (if you have one close). But it should come with a warning that you will become obsessed and start spooning it out of the jar.
It is called Peanut Butter & Co - Dark Chocolate Dreams.
Sounds delicious. Unfortunately whole foods is just seven minutes walk from here. All I need to survive this winter, Whole foods and a heater.
that fish stew looks delish! Its nothing like fresh soup in the winter!
Peanut butter and honey!? sounds kinda weird. lol, but i was always the kids who hated all things peanut butter.
