Hi Taru, I've been following you for a while now and I can really relate to so many things your saying, especially this winter. It's so interesting to see the path your on. I am a bit on a similar journey, trying to find balance between everything while trying to fully live life and discover what I, my mind and my body, truly need and stripping my world from everything else. Just wanted to say that your journey has been a true inspiration and I hope you continue to share, in whatever form that works best for you.

Completely agree. We feel so much more alive when we keep things to ourselves, but communication is important as well, now and then. think the same and recently i gave up social networks because of that and gain so much more, and time, and freedom and focus, deleted facebook and twitter in the first day of the year, not because it was the first day, it just happened that way, three months have passed and i don't miss it at all, feel so much cleaner, and have more time to myself, and to discover new things, and feel more real and me, yet i do need communication as well and do it in my blog, to, to explore things i like. love your blog by the way, and can relate, with the spiritual side, and with food, i'm also vegetarian, and don't do yoga, but reiki and feng shui, and can relate with the words and posts. so keep going, life is always trying to achieve balance. :) thanks for the beautiful pics around the world in a non snob but relaxed and free way, for those who don't have opportunity to travel, and i think you already passed my Portugal, my country, that's when i discovered the blog in a news article that appeared in Caras Magazine, then i took a peek in the blog and since then i remain loyal as a regular reader, one of my top favorite blogs.
