I love the dress (or top?) you wear. Where did you get it from?
Keep up your great blog! Love it!

Botox is one of the evils of the modern Western world and it seems somewhat perverse that we should spend so much money and harm so many animals to fake out a few natural wrinkles. And what is the most common reason for wrinkles?? Worrying about them!!
Now I can see you're worrying about the way you look and have become convinced that by eating certain foods one can stay youthful, and personally I don't believe there is much truth in this. I once went vegitarian for a whole year religiously just to find out what it was like, and after that year I took a good look at myself. I was pale, had lost just 5 lbs and I felt like shit!
I think the answer is simply eat what you like to eat, but always in moderation. Don't smoke, as this is a proven way to wreck oneself. Certainly drink plenty, but if it's alcohol again in moderation. Have plenty of sex as this is natural and helps to preserve youthfulness in looks and attitude. Don't believe me?? Look at a group of Nuns. Nearly all wear glasses and all look about 80 years old!
Lastly, why not go through some of the great photos of you and Alex that you took when you were sailing around the tropics. You have admitted that at that time you ate the wrong foods, drank too much and smoked, so by your own ideas you should have looked aweful. But you didn't. In fact you looked the picture of health and it was not that long ago either.
Thought provoking to say the least I'd say. What do you say??
Hope you enjoyed the champagne and chocolate. We'll all be in sunshine soon... just a short while now!

a woman beautiful like you dont need botox :)keep natural
This may sounds brutal but I actually found it really refreshing to hear that someone like you, who in my eyes in radiantly healthy, also has thoughts of packing it all in for an 'easier' way of living sometimes as well (god forbid, I would be 400lbs within weeks if I returned to my previous unhealthy ways!).
That lentil soup and bread looks divine and I'm sure it was much more fulfilling than a greasy macdonalds could ever be!
Send lots of birthday love x
I agree with Hannah Bee - thank you for such honest thoughts. A lot of us have days like that, but they are usually short lived, and our focus returns.
Have a lovely day!
Loved these Boston pictures!!!
Happy birthday, a bit late... You are beautiful, keep that botox at bay. And I love how you write.
I enjoyed reading this - I like your honesty and authenticity.
P.S: Love the shoes.
You look so gorgeous with or without photoshop!!! Love that you celebrated your Bday in NYC with champagne and chocolate. Doesn't get any better than that! LOVE those shoes!
