A realy nice blog with beautiful pictures!
you speak the truth
Go back before its too late.
Its quite the juxtaposition between Europe and the islands in your photography and writings. A different perspective is needed by everyone once in a while. It helps to readjust your head to what is important. I look forward to hearing more from you and Alex as the new boating season beacons.
Such true words. Everything worth fighting for comes with a dose of pain and suffering, I can sign that off in a heartbeat. I am sure you both will learn fom your mistakes and I am looking forward to see you back on the boat anytime soon! Sending you a hug and positive thoughts! xx
Exactly! How would you recognize the hilltops if it weren't for the valleys?
Hello Taru,
I have been following your blog almost since the beginning and seen it evolve from something like intimate meditations which I liked a lot to something more glamour and more distant, which I felt was only part of the story.
With my personnal knowledge of the life aboard, I could not help noticing that some aspects where only brushed, like when you said that some times were rough.
I whish your return to Alex and Duende will be peacefull and constructive.
It is difficult for a female to be the companion of a male sailor, owner of his boat. A boat is a "she"... and she demands a lot of attention and care.
Best regards
