Love that pic! How interesting to see all those boats winterized afloat; I didn't realize so many in the Boston area did that! And just keep in mind, it could always be worse... We were at -50 Fahrenheit just weeks ago. Lake Michigan almost froze completely over (first time since 1977). Slowly the ice is breaking up and we are returning to thinking about uncovering our (dry docked) boats. Some boats here usually splash in mid-April; I don't think that will happen this year. So though you've lived through a TERRIBLE winter this year, just remember...it could always be worse! :) You are stronger (and literally thicker-skinned!) because of it!
Well,,as for here in Helsingborg Sweden the winter has been mild. Not more than -5 degrees as coldest. Soon it´s time to remove the winter cover on the boat and start preparing for a new sailing season. It will be nice with earlu sun rise and longer days.
I found your blog on Sunday. And I just finished reading it. I'm caught up!
This is the first time I have seen a boat wrapped with plastic. How curious!!!
